I've had dull ache with occasional stabbing pain in my lower abdomen for @ 24 hours. No diarrhea. No vomiting. It became unbearable last evening. Lying down is the only position it hurts less. I've been drinking a lot of water today(@ 40 oz in 16 hours), which is how I got rid of similar symptoms last winter.
It feels like it could be diverticulitis, which I've had twice in the last 2 years. I'm really afraid if it is, I'll have to have part of my bowel removed.
