I've Had Mild Acne Since I Was About 15. I'm

I've had mild acne since I was about 15. I'm now 32. I've been taking minocycline for a long time on and off. It's seems as though every time I take the minocycline, the acne on the back of my head goes away, but never fully. If I decide to stop taking the Meds, it comes back in what seem like the same exact places. Recently I had a period of severe vertigo, and since then I always feel a bit lightheaded or dizzy, always. I've been to every type of Doctor, except for a dermatologist. The lightheadedness seems to get worse and more frequent when I break out on the back of my head. Is it possible that acne could be the cause of this or maybe it's that my body is too used to the minocycline. Please help
