I've Had My Cycle The Beginning Of March. Nothing Unusual.

I've had my cycle the beginning of March. Nothing unusual. 2 weeks later I started what seemed to be another cycle and thought it had ended and didn't bleed for an entire day. That next day I started to bleed again. This has been constant for the last week now. Blood is anywhere from light brown to bright red. The blood also seems to have sand looking like particles in it when looking in the toilet. Anywhere from light to medium flow.
