I've had some pain in my right foot just above the 4th toe and also directly under the foot for the past year or so and it doesn't seem to go away. I golf quite a bit and I play from the left side so I apply a lot of pressure on my front foot when I finish my swing (on to the right side). It doesn't seem to get any worse but nor does it get any better. I've had some massotherapies' treatment and it help to releave some of the pain. is there any thing that you can suggest besides total rest. Thanks for taking my question.
