I've had symptoms similar to angina the last couple weeks. Tonight I'm getting sudden semi sharp pains in extremities, I'm a clammy and dizzy. I quit smoking and drinking as of last Wednesday, I'm having trouble figuring out how much of this may be withdrawal symptoms vs a possible heart attack or something. I know I should see a doctor but it's not an option due to my current location.
