I've Just Noticed A Piece Of Skin Hanging From My

I've just noticed a piece of skin hanging from my vagina near the back when I was removing a tampon. You can grip it with finger and thumb. Have never noticed this before and am slightly worried as to what it could be. Kind of feels like a skin tag to touch. It doesn't hurt.
