I've recently underwent a surgery where they drained my chest cavity of fluid(blood) through my back. My left lat has a deep scar and the muscle seems bunched up and not fully attached like a normal lat and I'm worried/curious as to if I'll be able to workout like I used to. Like performing pull ups and advanced exercises later down the road. Perhaps a few months from now because I can't even perform push ups
