Joint Pain, Swelling, Hand Stiffness. Done ESR Test, CBC, CPR
Hi.. I am 29 years old female.. ESR last week was 27 for 1st hr and 57 for 2nd hr. However, this week results were 10 for 1st hr and 45 for 2nd hr. CBC, CPR , RF, ANA, Kidney function, Liver function, PTH, Hepatitis C Antibodies, HBsAg are all normal. But, I am suffering from joints pain, sometimes swelling, and hand stiffness during day and sleep which lasts for seconds after moving my hands in opposite direction.

give rest to the joints.take oral analgesics-antinflammatory drugs.
hot fomentations of the joints.
apply analgesic ointment locally.
