Junior Diabetic Patient. Having High T4 Levels, TSH Levels. Change Dosage Of Medicines?

I am a junior diabetic patient. recently i got thyroid problem, previously the T3 and T$ are normal TSH is some what high, I was suggested to take thyronorm 50mcg. After 3 months tsh level has been reduced to 0.03, then my doctor suggested to reduce the dosage to 25mcg, now i have 15.1 T4(normal range is 5-11.8) and 0.07 tsh, should i change any dosage?
