Just Curious Your Thoughts... Im A Mom Of 2 Little

Just curious your thoughts...
Im a mom of 2 little kids, had 2 cesareans. I haven't had any issues with GI problems prior to the birth of my 2nd child. Now I get these "flares" that typically occur at night. I wake up with my heart beating really fast (like palpitations), feel hot then suddenly have to use the restroom. I get waves of nausea and chills that typically result in vomiting. I feel better when my stomach is empty, I eat small meals but everything seems to upset my stomach. Just finish a bowl of soup and I have these dull pain, burning in the upper part of my stomach in the space where my ribs would meet. 3-4 inches above my belly button. I'm waiting to get into a GI doc. I have had tests run by both my primary and obgyn and the only thing that came up was a slight anemia. I think my number was 11. I've been losing weight, belching, bloating. Thanks for your time.
