Just Had An Ekg. Results Were Sinus Tachycardia, Left Anterior

Just had an ekg. Results were sinus tachycardia, left anterior fascicular block, voltage criteria for left ventricular hypertrophy and abnormal ECG. This was done at the VA so I'll have to wait a week to get a doctor to explain these symptoms to me. Can you define these items? Bill Guptill
