Kid, Having Rash On Butt Cheek, Spreading To Legs, Itchy. History Of Eczema. Will Soaking In Epson Salt Bath Help?

Hi my 12 year old son has a bad rash on his one butt cheek and it has spread to his leg and up his back. Very itchy. I put hydrocortizone cream on it but not helping too much. SHould I have him soak in a epsonsalt bath or what can I do?
He has had ezema in the past but never there and that was 8 years ago.
Any advice would be grateful.

I suggest you to ;
give anti histaiminic like levocetrizine for relief of itching.
you can give epson salt bath.
apply calamine lotion 2 to 3 times a day.

In case it persist get him evaluated by pediatrician as physical examination will be required for further management.
