Dear Sir,
My brother is on Arip mt 10 mg since a year...he is experiencing side effect of pain and stiffness in the hands and has stopped taking said medicine since 10 days.
His symptoms of voices, increased suicide thoughts and head jamming and pressure have returned .
Please recommend medicine to tackle these symptoms..

He is 50, divorced. He does not agree to restart medication as he believes the hand stiffness is an unacceptable side effect. Is it a proven fact ? Are there good medicines which can fix it?
