Hi welcome to Health care magic forum.
Thanks for calling H.C.M.Forum.
You hurt your knee, yesterday, got pain of the knee and front of the calf, slight tightening sensation around the side of your kneecap.
It appears to be the sprain of the knee, other possibilities are hair line fracture of one of the bones of the knee, or leg.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I. besides other routine tests for confirmation.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, ane sea foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
Best regards.
