Knots In Armpit, Pain In Arms, Spine. Normal Ultrasound, Mammogram. Advice?

I have had knots in my armpit where my breast and arm join for months now. I went to dr like 6 or 7 months ago and they did mammogram and ultrasound of my breast not armpit and they said nothing was wrong. Now knots are bigger and have one in my neck on same side. And I am very achy all over my body. My bones in my arms hurt terribly bad and my spine. I am just wondering would the mammogram show my armpits?

Hi, it appears that you have some general health problem like tuberculosis, etc. As your doctor says there might not be any problem with the breast, like malignancy.
