L3-L4 Mild Facet Arthopathy, Left Paracentral Disc Bulge Extending Into

L3-L4 mild facet arthopathy, left paracentral disc bulge extending into the left neural foramina causing mild impingement on the left foramina. L4-L5 facet arthropathy, disc desiccation & broad-base disc herniation slightly eccentric to the left extending into the neural foramina, there are modic type 2 endplate changes at this level, there is a small central annular fissure identified causing impingement on the thecal sac, there is mild-to-moderate left neural foraminal & left recess stenosis with impingement on the exiting nerve root within the left recess.
l5-S1 disc desiccation & broad-base disc bulge along with facet arthropathy, there is mild left neural foraminal stenosis with mild impression on the exiting nerve root far laterally on the left side. My question is im 37 I has 4 children three pregnancys I don't understand this mri if its really bad or not. im in a lot of pain all the time & is so hard to work or do narmal daily things.
