On Friday, my wife was treated at Urgent Care for a forehead laceration just below the hairline. Cause was a hammock pole breaking and a glancing blow to the right forehead. She was sutured and sent home. She has slight swelling and a bit of a bruise above one eye. She now says that the bridge of her nose is swollen and the black and blue is migrating to the other eye area, just slightly. She wonders if this is worthy of an immediate urgent care visit (Sunday evening) or to wait until morning to schedule a visit with her regular physician. No headache, vision OK , not dizzy but mentions feeling slightly light headed (as with a head cold). Sleep is normal.
