Pediatric Consultation details
January 07th started throat pain &fever
January 09th started Antibiotic Azionce 200 mg
January 15th started again throat pain &fever
Gave one dose injection and Dr advised another antibiotic klavox 475mg/5ml
ENT Consultation Details
Jan 19th consulted ENT c/o fever throat pain and cough
Gave Adol & Butalin syrup
Done: Nasopharynx & culture and sensitivity (Result attached)
She was telling Chest pain, Headache & Joint Pains
Jan 24th: Done CBC, ASO TITRE, C.REACTIVE PROTEIN (RESULTS ENCLOSED)
Dr was telling It’s became post streptococcus Tonsillitis –Referred to cardiologist due to Rheumatic fever
Started antibiotic for 14 days. (Suprax 100 mg )
Cardiologist history
Aspirin 100 mg/day
From feb 5th to dr advised to start
Ospan 500mg/tab 10.5tab bid for 10 days after the Suprax Antibiotic
Advised to repeat Aso Titre after 6 weeks from the first ASO titre
Jan 28th went to ER due to chest pain n joint pains. Had some tests (results enclosed)

     Now Suprax Antibiotic finished (14 Days Completed)
     Need further advise to start Ospan 500mg
     Still some time she is telling joint pain , throat pain & Shivering

Please give me advise
