I have had this large bulge on my upper abdomen for almost a year now and it's beginning to hurt badly. Just last month the pain has been getting worse and worse and now it's constant. I'm always constipated and gassy. I'm weak and nauseous as well. I can't even sleep anymore because of the pain. I have vomited a few times as well. Right before the gas comes, my stomach cramps hard and the pain is horrible. I do not have insurance so there isn't much I can do right now. Please I need to know if I need surgery or what I can do to make it better. Thank you.
