Large Circular Knot With Puffy Centre On Forehead, Severe Pain When Touched Or Bent. History Of Getting Back Of Head Kicked Into Floor. Serious?

I recently got into a bar fight and the back of my head was kicked into the floor. I have a large circular knot on my forehead. It is painful to the touch and very painful when i bend to where blood rushes to it. The center of the knot seemed to feel puffy like there was possible fluid in there, but after icing it on and off all day so far it has seemed to lessen. My boyfriend is worried there might be other serious complications. what is your opinion please

You probably have a haematoma at the site of injury on the forehead. It would help if imaging studies are ordered by your doctor to rule out any bone damage or bleeding inside the brain(Subdural hemorrhage). It would be best to consult your PCP/GP at the earliest,NSAIDs like tylenol can be used till you see your doctor.
