Large Lump Top Just Below Knicker Line Was Size Of

Large lump top just below knicker line was size of pea and broken had some pus and a lot of blood still sore got some flucloxacillin which I had left over from a chaz in eye lid . Been taking this for 3 days lump gone down a bit but still sore can't ride my bike. Now I have gout in my ankle which I have naproxen for. Is this safe to take together? Also on atenolol perindopril and simvastin?.
