Large Pimple Like Lump On Armpit, Hurts, Itches. Oozing Out Smelly Liquid. What Is It?

Hi I had a large red pimple like lump on my armpit and it hurts and itches a lot. It comes to the point where I can barely put my arm down because it hurts so much. Also it looks like its getting irratated. It now has like a line in between the lump and it got smaller but it hurts more. Also it oozes out some smelly liquidy stuff kind of like oil all day and it doesn't stop. What could this be? Cancer?
