Large Swollen, Painful Bumps On The Back Of Hairline, Side Of The Neck, Not Oozy. History Of Staph. What Could This Be?

I have been getting large swollen bumps around the back of my hairline. They are painful, but don t drain and have healed. I now have a HUGE one on the side of my neck that is very painful, with a black dot in the middle. It won t drain, and there is no white around it. I have had staph previously, but it showed up with a white dot in the middle. This is feverish and very painful.
