Last few days (2 or 3 tops) I've had pain in my left breast. Comes and goes irritating but increasingly more painful. Tonight it was also in my right breast. Almost feels like when nursing years ago with my kids and my breast would be extremely full of milk and ache needing to be drained. Or perhaps when worst pain I'd compare it to engorged or mastitis. My youngest is almost 5, so I haven't been nursing, nor am I pregnant. My husband is fixed (4 yrs now) & he is and has always been my only partner, so I don't suspect pregnancy. However tonight I did notice slight leaking that appears to be breastmilk. I'm at a loss as to what it could be or how to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
