Sounds like a panic attack or an anxiety attack. You can control those and just need to get a grip and settle down and breathe slowly and for pete's sake find out what's the cause of these attacks. Whatever it is you have to learn to deal with it. There's help out there. Go find out what's causing them. You'll find you are not alone.
