Lately I Have Had Swelling And Pain In My Right

Lately I have had swelling and pain in my right calf, bloating in the abdomen, and yesterday it felt like both of my lungs were on fire and I was having a hard time breathing. No fever, vitals are normal, Once the burning sensation went away I got a migraine. Are these symptoms in any way related or do I have multiple things going on?
