Lately I've been having burning, itching and pain inside my vagina and when I try to urinate I am able to but when I am finished I feel like I need to continue to urinate but am unable to. There is also a foul odor. I'm unsure if this is a yeast infection, urinary tract infection, or something else. And I'm unsure how to treat it. Please help me.
