Left Cheek Below Lips Vibrates. Pain In Heart. Tests All Normal. On Pan 40, Ultracet And Nexito. Advice?

hi..my left cheek below lips vibrated sometime, and i have pain in my heart, age30. i gone through ecg, blood test and urine test, all results are normal, dr suggested for heart x-ray and three medicine given nemely pan 40, ultracet and nexito 40, shall i go for it or nor, and whar sort of disease it is ?

hello, this sounds like some electrolyte imbalance. you should try and do serum electrolytes to check for any imbalance. thanks
