Hello Dear.
Welcome here on Health Care Magic Dot Com.
I am very much concern of your problem.
I think I will certainly able to help you out of this condition.
In my view
It can only be told by your treating doctor that your mom will be able to walk but somehow there is always some possibility of muscle responding to stimuli with proper care and treatment.
Doctors are there
So I will suggest
Don’t worry and go with the treatment.
Good luck.
Thanks
