I am 53 year old male starting to have tingling in my legs after I have worked about 8 hours I work about 12 hours a day sometime legs cramp up and are painful mostly right side I have had a bulging disc problem 3 years ago was treated with cortazone shots since then I have had numbness in left heel area and I walk with limp tried physical therapy but did not seem to help I was also diagnosised with severe back arthritius 3 years agocould these symtoms be conected

these symptoms are related and due to disc and spine problem. Due to prolong standing pressure rises on disc and impingment on nerve increases leading to pain and tingling numbness in lower limb and foot. You should take Pregabalin 75 mg along with Methylcobalamine 500 microgram twice a day. Thease will give you good results
