Lesion On Inner Foreskin, Itchy, Sore, No Pain. What Is This?

I found a leasion on my inner foreskin,kinda whitish. and hurt when taken shower n pulled skin back when washing. It a little itchy n sore but no pain when pissing. Couldnt check further cuz it hurt but seems just around head area(head). What is this or could this be?

Hi. Thanks for posting your concern at HCM.

Seems you are suffering from Candidal Balanitis.

Treatment is simple:

I ask my patients to apply a topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole for 7 days. If required i ask my patients to take an oral antifungal like fluconazole single dose.

It is preferable to get a blood sugar test for recurrent infections.

Sexual partner should also be treated if symptomatic.

Sexual contact is to be avoided for a week.
