You are having lethargy, fatigue, enervation after taking resperidone and escitalopram. See resperidone has some side effects of sedation and a little increase in anxiety which is causing lethargy, fatigue in your case. The ideas that food in not properly stored in stomach, and excessive worries about health are nothing but due to depressive symptoms only. As per my opinion your symptoms are not properly controlled so please visit your psychiatrist again for these symptoms. Many medicines like benzodiazepines can improve anxiety in such situations.
Thanks
