Lifestyle To Prevent Damage Due To Cervical Spondylosis?
I am a 22 year old female, and diagnosed with cervical spondylosis on c5 and c6 levels, my neck and shoulder muscles feel very weak and fatigued..I've had a course of piroxicam.my pain is not so severe, but neck muscles often start paining/spasming and I've to resort to tizanidine for pain relief.what should be my lifestyle to further prevent any damage and how is my pregnancy going to affect this condition? Since I am unable to carry even the smallest of weights for a long period. Thankyou ana
