Lifted 100 Pound Weight. Started Feeling Testicular Discomfort And Lower Abdominal Pain. What's Wrong?
Yesterday I lifted a 100 pound weight on the ground of my garage, just to move it out of the way, and feel a little bit of testicular discomfort today, and some lower abdominal pain!
Hello, Lifting do much of a heavy weight by a person who is not used for lifting weights would definitely result in strain of lower abdominal muscular pain including testes. There is nothing to worry as this pain shall pass of gradually. If feeling lot of pain,then you can take ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day for 3-4 days. Thanks
