It is important to know on how many days you past your expected date. In many situations we find these type of presentation. Failure of ovulation, inadequate post ovulatory hormone levels, endometrial abnormalities all can cause these types of symptoms. If you don't start on normal periods in a couple of days, redo your pregnancy test. Consult a doctor with the results. It require detailed investigation.
