Light Bleeding, Cramps On Stomach, Lower Back. Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I have had pregnancy symptoms two weeks before my period started. My period started to come on 20th of this month and it was ever light pink for two days but only when I wipe I saw the pinkness. On Tuesday blood came very early in the morning and it was dark red and that was it, since Tuesday I have been having light bleeding and a lot of cramps on my stomach and lower back. Can this be a sign of pregnancy?

HI

Early pregnancy symptoms include: fatigue, swollen/tender breast, nausea/vomiting, back pain,headaches,frequent urination.

Other possible causes of light vaginal bleeding include:(1) actual period which may lighter than normal, this can happen in some persons (2) infection (3) lighter periods can also occur as a result of contraceptive methods

To determine whether you are pregnant, you will need to do a pregnancy test. Some tests will detect small amounts of B HCG (hormone produced in pregancy) and can be done early.
