Light Period, Headaches, Nausea, Swelling Near Belly Button, Spotting Dark Brown Blood, Excessive Hunger And Thirst. Am I Pregnant?

Hi, ive had the contrceptive implant for just over a year. My periods settled down fairly quick and became light. But for two weeks now ive felt nausea and had slight headaches, been a bit moody. My tummys tender when I lay on my back and feel around my belly button its also slightly swollen. Have also been more hungry and thirsty. Have taken a hpt which was negative and noticed over the last two days ive been spotting with dark brown blood that is scentless. Im 24 and a very small build. Could I be pregnant?

Hello and welcome to HCM,

Pregnancy is unlikely in the presence of contraceptive implant.
Even if you are suspicious you can get a pregnancy test.
Pain and tenderness around the belly button is non specific finding. It is not a sign of pregnancy.
Passage of scanty brown colored blood is commonly seen with the use of hormonal contraceptive.

Thanks and take care.
