hi I am 29 female I started to get my period last Friday I think I had light pink spotting and bad amdominal pain on my left side next day heavy flow of blood and next day a little I have blood spotting pink and brown and dark red for the past 11 days urine test says negative im bloated and tired and I get dark blood in the morning and during the day light im so scared

Hello ma'am.

Based on your description this could either be an infection or due to some abnormality of the uterus or its inner lining. I would recommend a transvaginal ultrasound scan, coupled with a urine examination and a vaginal swab test to find the exact cause for your presentation.

In the meantime, please consume plenty of water and abstain from all forms of sexual contact.
