Light Pinkish, Flat, Rough, Itchy Rash On Neck Spreading Towards The Back Of Neck. No Help From Hydrocortisone. Advice

I have an itchy rash on my neck and I am not sure what it is. It came out of no where and it is a light pinkish red and fairly flat in nature and it is blotchy not small dots or anything. If also feels a little rough. I put hydrocortisone on it but it still is itching and seems to be slowly spreading towards the back d my neck now instead of just the side.

Hi, you have itchy rash, on neck, spreading to the back as well.
It appears to be a fungal infection, it is commen with dandruff, or may be ring worm.
I prescribe to my patients in such symptoms, grisofulvin tablets, and combination cream with steroids and anti fungal and antibiotics .
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for treatment.
Thank you.
