Lightheaded, Abdominal Pain, Bleeding And Sweating After Miscarriage. What Is Happening To Her?

My teenage friend (15)had a miscarriage yesterday at home. She is lightheaded she can barely sit up,in abdonimal pain, gagging, she is experiencing pink bleeding ,and she is visibly sweating. She hasn t been to a doctor in person yet. Do you know what s happening to her and do you have any advice I can give her? I am currently on the phone with her.

Thanks for the query to HCM.
Miscarriage, light headed , abdominal pain,gagging,bleeding, sweating , all these symptoms are normal after miscarriage.
But your friend may have , dehydration due to all these symptoms, so advise her take plenty of fluid or if possible 2-3 intravenous fluid .
As due to excessive sweating there develops minerals loss , this must be compensated with I/V fluid.
The next reason may be hypotension due to these symptoms so this is also important , get complete rest with full diet .
One more thing is important advise her to take some antibiotics after the advise of gynecologist as infection is very common after miscarriage .
In my opinion you must visit your friend personally and consult a gynecologist .
