Lightheaded, Undergone Cataract Surgery. Anything To Worry?
Hi, I had catarac surgery on both eyes 5 days ago. My poor vision has improved dramatically. I am 52yrs old and don't know if the light headedness when i get up from bed or siitting position is alright. I can not move quickly either without the light headedness. It is a little scary. Will this go away or is there something i should be alarmed about?
Hi, if the vision is good after the surgery is good, we can't expect any health problem . If you have either diabetis or hypertension, and you have tried hard to controle it by diet restriction, it can lead to postural hypotension, or hypoglycemia. Or if you are under strict diet controle for the sake of surgery it can appear. I advise you to consult your surgeon for clearing the doubt . Thank you.
