hello i hope so i have been having spells where i get feeling lightheaded and my chest hurts and heart beats fast ... sometimes when do this my blood pressure is up last night was 149-100 pulse 168 i laid down to rest and after a while i took bp agin it was low 85-56 pulse 77 .. makes me feel weak ... also at same time my stomach felt like was ion fire n was full to my throat i o have acid reflux and take medicine for it but have times to where i wake up sweaty
