Hello Dear and thanks for the query
I do not think now this problem is from low sugar level. It seems to more of stress or anxiety. Make yourself relax. Do regular exercise or yoga to release your stress. Meditation and specially Sava Asana will help you a lot. Spend time with your dear ones. If this all does not help you than you need to consult your psychiatrist and get proper counselling and planned treatment.
