Little Movement Of Shoulders. Pain In Elbow, Forearm And Wrist, Pressure In Joints. History Of Fall On Arm. Suggest

I fell down stairs and used my right arm to break my fall. Since then I have very little movement without pain in my shoulder. I cannot apply weight to the arm, lift forward past 30 degrees. Outward hurts until about 45 degrees. Once passed there I am ok to lift. Elbow, forearm, and wrist ache. Pressure in all right joints. What can I do to relieve pain
