Long, Swollen Labia Minora After Being Rubbed Against Panties, Uncomfortable Feeling. Solution?

I've noticed about 2 years ago that my labia minoras were long. Now they are about 2 inches long and its very uncomfortable. Its very noticeable when I wear a bikini and I don't like it and its uncomfortable when I wear my underwear because one labia will like fall out of it and its so uncomfortable because it rubs against my leg when I walk. I also think that my labia's are swollen because everyday its being rubbed against my underwear and it sometimes hurt. I would also like to know if there's anything that I can do to hide them when I wear leggings or a bikini and if they are swollen what can I do about it?

Hi,

Based on the information you are having issues due to long labial folds. And you need a solution for that.

The best solution for that is Labiaplasty (also labioplasty), which is a plastic surgery procedure for altering the labia minora and the labia majora, which are the paired tissue-structures bounding the vestibule of the vulva. The indications for the correction of labial hypertrophy are two-fold: (i) the correction of defect and deformity, and (ii) the cosmetic refinement of the pudendum femininum.
