Hi, thank you for posting.

I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns.

You suffer from Postcholecystectomy syndrome.
Symptoms of this syndrome are: bloating, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, upset stomach and abdominal pain.

This syndrome is caused by sphincter of Oddi dysfunction or by post-surgical adhesions.

To determine the diagnosis:
1. Abdominal ultrasound.
2. Intravenous cholangiography.
3. Esophagogastroduodenoscopy.
4. Complete blood count.
5. Liver function test.

I recommend eliminating spicy foods and alcoholic drinks. You should also reduce the amount of fats in your diet.

Contact gastroenterologist.

All the best.
Dr. Behar.
