hello madam,
welcome to HCM.,
As any mother will be you also seem to be quite apprehensive about the green stool passed by your child.
the simple reason why a person passes green stool is:
Bile secreted in to the intestines progressively changes color from green to yellow to brown, due to the action of bacteria in the large intestine on the bile salts.

Green stool often indicates that food has passed through the intestines faster than normal (called decreased bowel transit time), before it could be changed from green to brown.

Diarrhea decreases bowel transit time, so any condition that causes diarrhea can result in green stool.

since you are already giving your child nutrolin b , which is a probiotic with vitamin b complex, it wil help to build up the intestinal microbial flora, which was lost due to diarrhoea.

so with in 5 to 7 days or as soon as the normal intestinal microbial flora is built up , your child will start passing the normal brown colour stool.

wishing you and baby health.
take care.

hi.
green stool in infants without any symptoms is not any sort of serious complications as it normally occurs in many infants however if there is associated fever, abdominal cramps and irritability then it suggests diarrhea. other conditions that can cause green stools include iron fortified formula milk intake and a child having jaundice may have green or dark stools. however you can rule it out by performing a lab test known as serum bilirubin which more than 5mg/dl in infants suggest hyperbilirubinaemia (jaundice).
otherwise as start the baby feeding other breast or formula milk the stools will have its normal consistency and colour.
thanks
