Do not worry about your child's condition. Main thing is to prevent him from getting dehydrated. Kindly give your child any of the home-available fluids like tender coconut water, fresh lemon juice, fresh fruit juice, plain water. You may also dissolve one sachet of WHO Oral Rehydration Solution (ORS) into a bottle of previously boiled and cooled water and give him how much ever he wants to drink. Give him this ORS by spoon if he is having any nausea or vomiting. This ORS will prevent dehydration.
Just watch your child if he is becoming very weak, no energy to accept feeds or no tears in the eyes when he cries. If any of these are there, you need to take him to the Pediatrician.
