Is My Baby's Stool Test Is All Right?

hi,
My baby is six months old. Now is 9.4 kg. He is healthy and very active. But his stool test shows that it is acidic, pus cells 8-10 hpf and RBCs 1-2 hpf and mucus is present. Stool culture report shows growth of normal commensals only. Salmonella spp. /Shigella spp. /Vibrio cholerae not isolated. Should I be worried?
