sir i m suffering from loose motion since 30 days.before going to toilet i feel some pain in my stomach.it also reduced my diet.first i used to it 6 chapati but now it reduced to 2.some say it is infection and some say it is dehydration but i did the course of both but no progression seems. please give me a good advice or medicine .thankyou

Hi,
since you have diarrhea for 30 days its chronic in nature. you must take electrolytes to first correct your electrolyte and water imbalance. I'll suggest you to take blood, stool and urine analysis in find the underlying cause of diarrhea.special breath test can be used to test for lactose intolerance.
